When can I get Chainword?
Chainword is coming soon to iPhone. We'll link to the App Store from this site as soon as it's live.
What's free, and what does Chainword Pro add?
The daily puzzle is free, with one Rush run a day. Chainword Pro is an optional subscription that adds unlimited Rush, the puzzle archive, detailed stats, no ads, leagues through Diamond, and monthly coins. You can manage or cancel it in iPhone Settings > your name > Subscriptions.
How do I remove ads?
Chainword Pro removes ads. You can also buy Remove Ads as a one-time purchase. It turns off ads only and doesn't unlock Pro features.
How do I restore purchases on a new iPhone?
Install Chainword, sign in with the same Apple Account you bought with, and tap Restore purchases in the app. If something is still missing, email support with your App Store order ID.
Will my streak and progress move to a new phone?
Progress is stored on your device, and this version has no account. Deleting the app or switching phones starts your progress fresh. Purchases can be restored with your Apple Account.
I missed a day. Is my streak gone?
A streak freeze covers a missed day. Freezes cost coins and can be used from the app.
How do I get a refund?
Refunds are handled by Apple. Request one at reportaproblem.apple.com.
